CursorFX plus/CursorXP plus

Is CursorFX PLUS a free upgrade if we already have paid for CursorXP PLUS? Or do I need to purchase CursorFX PLUS regardless? Not complaining, just wondering. Don't want to pay for it if I don't have to.

I think you get a discount if you bought it within a certain time frame (like within the last year). Similar to the deal when buying WB 5.5 and then upgrading to WB 6.
