Does anyone know, is there a way to make Windows 7 gadgets NOT snap to the screen edge?  I really hate that!

ok, I use speedfan to monitor my computer's internal temperatures.  However I have no idea what is good or bad... could someone give me an idea of what kind of temperatures I should be running.  What levels are dangerous to my computer... Thanks!

Hello wonderful folks of WC! Was just wondering if anyone out there knew if there was a way to rename multiple files all at once. I have a folder full of pictures, all with various different names, and I'll like to rename them 0001 through 0500 (or however many there are) without individually renaming hundreds of files. I know if you highlight them all and right click and rename, I can give them all the SAME name with (2) after it, but that's not what I'm going for here. Any clues?

I was wondering if there was a way that I could make the event list show not only the weekday, but the date. for example I would like this... Wednesday -Doctor 2:30 pm to instead look like this... Wednesday 4/25 -Doctor 2:30 pm is there a way? Thanks for any help... Rich

OK, hopefully I can get through this post without my computer freezing... Since 2 days ago, my computer has been freezing ALOT while loading web pages. The browser goes into the "not responding" state, and I can do nothing but a hard shut down to fix it. The only 2 events that coincide with this issue, are installation of new wireless keyboard and mouse software by logitech, and downloading a firefox extension to enable videos to be downloaded from YouTube. Both have since been uninstalled...

Well, as many of you noticed, I've recently fell in love with making Cursorxp skins. So what cursor are you using right now? And maybe a screenshot. There's so many awesome ones out there, let's shed some light on some of the best. When I have IconX running, my Rainlendar goes invisible... and sometimes Sysmetrix does too, but not usually. Anybody else encounter this, and any ideas how to fix?
